Client & Team Gifting Terms

Last updated: October 28, 2026

We want sending gifts to the people who matter to your business to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. These terms explain how our Client & Team Gifting service works when you send gifts to 10 or more people at different addresses.

These terms work alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If anything differs, these gifting terms apply to your gifting order.

1. Minimum Order & Gift Choices

Our Client & Team Gifting service starts at 10 recipients. You can mix and match our four curated gifts, so everyone on your list can receive something a little different.

2. Your Gift List

We’ll send you a simple gifting form to complete with each recipient’s full name, delivery address, gift choice, and an optional personal message.

Please double-check each address and make sure you have permission to share it with us. We’ll review every address before shipping and get in touch if anything looks incomplete or needs clarification.

3. Gift Prices, Shipping & Tax

  • Gift prices: Each gift is priced as shown on our Client & Team Gifting page when we confirm your order.
  • Shipping: A flat $10 per gift for delivery within the contiguous United States.
  • Sales tax: Tax is calculated based on each recipient’s delivery address and included in your invoice. If your organization is tax-exempt, please send us your exemption certificate before we prepare your invoice.
  • One clear total: Your invoice brings together the gift price, shipping, and applicable tax for every recipient.

4. Your Invoice & Payment

Once you’ve approved your gift list, we’ll send you one convenient invoice for the entire order. Simply pay online, and we’ll get your gifts ready to ship once payment is received in full.

ACH bank transfer is our preferred payment method. Credit Card, PayPal, and Venmo are also accepted.

5. Need to Make a Change?

Plans change, and we’re happy to help. If you need to update a recipient, address, gift choice, or personal message, email us at gifting@shopbeecharmer.mom.

We’ll make changes whenever possible before packing begins and update your invoice if needed. Once packing is underway, we can no longer guarantee changes or cancellations, but please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Personal Gift Messages

A personal note makes a gift that much more meaningful. You can add a short message for each recipient, and we’ll print it on a card and tuck it inside their package.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We’ll prepare orders in the order we receive approved lists and full payment, and ship as promptly as we can.

Have a special occasion or delivery deadline in mind? Let us know when you send your gift list. We’ll do our best to accommodate your timing. Delivery dates are estimates, however, and carrier delays can happen, so we recommend planning ahead whenever possible.

8. Product Availability

We do our best to keep every gift available, but occasionally an item may be out of stock. If that happens, we’ll contact you before shipping and offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater value, or adjust your invoice as appropriate.

9. Address Corrections

Mistakes happen, and we’ll help whenever we can. If we catch an incorrect or incomplete address before your gift ships, we’ll correct it at no charge.

If a gift has already shipped, we’ll work with you on the best next step. Because our gifts contain food and personal care products that can’t be restocked once they’ve left our care, sending a replacement to a corrected address will incur the applicable gift and shipping charges.

10. Damaged or Missing Gifts

We want every gift to arrive in lovely condition. If a gift arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please email gifting@shopbeecharmer.mom.

  • Damaged gifts: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damage.
  • Missing gifts: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or credit at no additional cost.

11. Returns & Exchanges

Because our gifts include food and personal care products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.

12. Your Recipients’ Privacy

We treat your recipients’ information with care. We’ll use their names and addresses only to prepare and deliver their gifts and provide shipping and tracking updates.

We won’t add recipients to our marketing lists or sell their personal information. We share the information only with the carriers and service providers who help us fulfill your order.

13. We’re Here to Help

Questions or need a hand with your order? We’d love to help. Email us at gifting@shopbeecharmer.mom, and we’ll get back to you within one business day.
